At Children Can, our heart for children’s leaders is to encourage and equip you as you help the next generation grow with God. We want to support churches in developing ministry that nurtures children’s faith and helps them discover their potential in Christ. We bring biblical vision together with practical training. Our sessions explore children’s place in God’s plans, the process of discipleship and ways to lead children in prayer, worship and hearing God’s voice. We also address the everyday skills that make a difference: preparing lessons, understanding how children learn, handling discipline and creating safe environments. Our training is tailored to each group, recognising that churches and teams have different needs. For those ready to explore further, we offer teaching on developing children as leaders, taking children on mission, supporting the whole family and helping children grow in their walk with God. Resources, including our ministry checklist and Early Steps with Jesus course, offer opportunities to reflect, plan and develop practical skills. Our heart is to help you grow in confidence and expectation as you serve. We want to see leaders equipped to disciple children, work alongside parents and help the next generation take their place in God’s kingdom.
