At Children Can, our heart for children is to see them know Jesus personally, delight in His presence and discover how He can work through their lives. We believe children can be filled with the Holy Spirit and grow in prayer, worship and understanding God’s Word. We love helping children put their faith into practice. As they encounter God, they can develop a growing desire to pray, share what Jesus has done for them and bring His love into their schools and friendships. We desire to raise a generation who will be led by the Holy Spirit in the details of their lives. Our ministry encourages a living relationship with God that continues throughout the week. We want children to enjoy time with Him at home, learn to listen to Him and discover that prayer is a conversation they can take part in themselves. Resources such as The Spy Kit offer practical help with prayer, while God’s Generals for Kids introduces children to stories of people who lived for God. These resources support our desire to nurture faith that shapes everyday life. We also believe children can grow as leaders, learning to serve with godly character and take responsibility.
