Olly Goldenberg
Founder
Olly is married to Helen and together they have 5 children. He was children's pastor in a large London church for 15 years before starting Children Can. Trained as a medical doctor he now has the privilege of helping thousands of children and young people to pursue Jesus through resources, events and training.

Helen Goldenberg
Founder
Helen is married to Olly and the mother of 5 wonderful children. She co-led the children's ministry with Olly. She is a trained nursery nurse, home educating mother, organiser extraordinaire and the one who oils the wheels all things Children Can to keep them moving. She is also the author of Jesus, Your baby and You.

Mallika Devabalan
Chair of Trustees/Safeguarding lead
Mallika is married to Kumar and the mother of two grown up children. She is a gifted English teacher and
local church children's work co-ordinator. When her children were younger she was also a home educating mum. Guaranteed to be a voice of reason in all situations, it is impossible not to love her.

Kumar Devabalan
Treasurer
Kumar is married to Mary, and the father of two grown up children who are both walking with the Lord. He is a committed member of his local church and the unflappable director of finance for a Christian denomination (a top 100 charity). He is a man who oozes wisdom and exhibits godliness.

Laura Hilton
Secretary
Laura lives in East Sussex with her husband and three children. She studied illustration and fits her creative work around family life. She is the illustrator for the Adventures of Teddy series. Her days are grounded by a strong faith, a sense of humour, and the occasional cup of coffee.

Darren Thompson
Legal advisor
Darren is a married father of 3. He has been involved in ministry to children and young people since he was a young person and is passionate to see them rise into their calling with Jesus. His wife credits the favour on his life to the good decision he made when he married her. He is a partner at an international law firm and has a background in biochemical engineering.

Ken Ajoku
Entrepreneur
Ken is a married father of four, a seasoned entrepreneur, property investor, and private equity fund manager with over 25 years of experience in real estate and investment. Passionate about empowering others, Ken is committed to mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, equipping them with the knowledge and resources needed to attain financial independence and build generational wealth.

Chris Kwaku
Intercessor
Chris is a devoted husband and father of four, and full-time carer for his twin daughters, both of whom have additional needs. Chris worked as a probation officer within the youth justice system, where he supported young people in making positive changes in their lives. Chris' faith and devotion in prayer together with his godly joy makes him a valued member of the trustee team.
